How to get there

Thessaloniki International Airport Makedonia (SKG), located 112 km from the venue, is the nearest airport. Most major airlines offer direct flights to Thessaloniki or connecting flights through Athens.

CCBS Greece is pleased to offer shuttle transfer options from and to Thessaloniki airport, for UACE2025 participants

Arrival Shuttle Transfer

Shuttle buses will depart from Thessaloniki International Airport at the following fixed times:

  • Saturday, June 14th – Departure at 19:00 (local time)
  • Saturday, June 14th – Departure at 23:30 (local time)
  • Sunday, June 15th – Departure at 16:00 (local time)

  • Upon receipt of payment, a final confirmation email will be sent by CCBS Greece, including the meeting point and contact details.

Departure Shuttle Transfer

Shuttle buses will depart from Porto Carras Meliton Resort (venue) to Thessaloniki International Airport at the following fixed time:

  • Friday, June 20th – Departure at 14:30 (local time)

Daily Transfers from the CCBS GREECE offered hotels to / from UACE 2025 venue

For all room reservations made at hotels arranged by CCBS Greece (excluding the venue hotel), daily transfers to and from the venue will be provided at scheduled times.

Once the conference program is finalized, we will share the exact pick-up times.

The transfer schedule is as follows:

- Sunday, June 15: Two transfers—one before and one after the Welcome Reception.
- Monday, June 16: Two transfers—for the start and end of the conference day.
- Tuesday, June 17: Four transfers—two for the start and end of the conference, and two before and after the Gala Dinner.
- Thursday, June 19: Two transfers—for the start and end of the conference day.
- Friday, June 20: Two transfers—for the start and end of the conference day.

You will receive a “transfer voucher” that must be presented to the driver to board the bus.

Participants who book their accommodation independently (not through CCBS Greece) but wish to use the daily transfers can pre-purchase the Daily Transfers Package via the online registration/accommodation form. The cost of this package is €60 per person.
Please note that this option is only available for pre-purchase, is non-refundable, and cannot be purchased on-site. Additionally, you will need to make your way to one of the designated pick-up points to board the bus.
