In cooperation with CCBS Greece, a full-service destination & event management company and professional conference organizer, we have selected and are recommending hotels in various categories, based on the distance from the venue and that we have established reasonable prices exclusively for the UACE2025 participants.

To help with your planning, a number of rooms have been pre-reserved by CCBS GREECE, which is our official accommodation supplier.

CCBS GREECE has established special rates for the UACE2025 participants at the venue hotel Porto Carras Grant Resort Meliton as well as to other hotels in Neos Marmaras and Paradisos area in different room and price categories.

The hotel rates are quoted in EURO, per room, per night and include daily transfers from the hotels to/from UACE2025 the venue (in fixed times).

The room rates and the daily transfers are available only if the booking of the room is made through this procedure/platform.

If, by the time CCBS Greece receives your room request, the hotel you have selected is already fully booked, we will propose an alternative similar hotel at the same price range.

The Climate Tax is NOT INCLUDED in the above rates and it is payable by the client directly to the hotel upon check in.
Current Climate tax rates :
- For 5* Hotels, the tax is 10€ per room per night.
- For 4* Hotels, the tax is 7€ per room per night.
- For 3* Hotels the tax is 3€ per room per night.
Climate tax may change from January 2025. Once that happens, we will update this page accordingly.

Hotel rooms can be booked via the Online Registration/Accommodation Form.

The form enables you to register for the conference and book accommodation in a single, streamlined process. You have the flexibility to complete each part separately; for instance, you can register and book a hotel at the same time, or register now and return later to book your hotel or arrange a transfer.

 Your Room Reservation is not complete until payment has been received. Your accommodation is considered as confirmed ONLY when accommodation fees are deposited in full and you have received and email with availability confirmation.

 Accommodation Cancelation policy (Valid for all hotels)

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to or fax +30 2810 330606 and will be subject to the following conditions:

• Until March 20th, 2025, Full refund minus 25€ administrative fee
• From March 21st until April 15th, 2025, Full Refund minus 1 night of Accommodation
• From April 16th until May 30th, 2025, Full Refund minus 2 nights of Accommodation
• From June 1st 2025, onward, No refund of accommodation fees
