    Abstract: It has been shown feasible to establish the figure of sediment properties spatial distributions through integrating multiple hydrographic systems, which can be used for many marine applications, e.g., habitat mapping. In this paper, different processing techniques are adapted to process at-sea survey data as simultaneously collected from a multibeam echosounder (MBES), a single-beam echosounder (SBES), and a sub-bottom profiler. The experiment was conducted in the Yellow Sea, offshore the coast of Qingdao, 2018. For the data processing, the impedance index of surface sediment is estimated from a model based approach by processing the SBES backscattering echoes, a deep learning approach is applied on MBES indent angle-dependent data to characterize surface sediment, and the underlying sediment layering structure is determined by hybrid processing of sub-bottom profiling image. Preliminary results and analysis of these three hydrographic systems are given, and suggestions for future research is also presented.
