We would also like to inform you that your abovementioned personal data will be transferred to the CCBS GREECE travel agency, which is responsible for organizing the UACE 2021. No further transfer or disclosure shall take place unless required by law. Within this framework FORTH may retain the aforementioned data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed, unless further retention is required or provided by the law including any such expenses’ inspection, and audit(s) and for the case that further retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity.

Your registration is considered as confirmed ONLY when registration fees are deposited.

Payment Instructions

All payments must be made in EURO.
Once we receive the payment we will email you the corresponding invoice/receipt marked as paid. If you need an invoice on credit in order to proceed with the payment please sent an email at

Payment must be remitted by bank transfer to the conference account with EUROBANK.

Method 2: By Credit Card (Visa or Master Card only)

Please use Live-Pay to pay online. Complete your payment following three steps:

• In Step 1 you insert the card holders and the visitor's information.
  Under the field “Conference you will be attending”, please type “UACE2021”. Ignore the fields “Registration Fees” and “Accommodation Fees”. Under field “Amount (€)” please fill in the total amount you want to charge in the credit card.
• In Step 2 you insert the credit card type, number, expiration date and CVV2 code (Visa or Master Card only).
  Do NOT tick the box "i wish to have an invoice issued" on the bottom of this page, as this is ONLY for Greek residents.
  You will receive your official invoice marked as paid by email once the payment is finalized to the billing information you provided. If you need an invoice on credit in order to proceed with the payment please send your request by email at
• In Step 3 you have reached the payment confirmation, where you will see a preview of the payment you are about to confirm.
  If everything is in order you tick the box " i accept the payment terms of use" and then the Finish button and you are done.
