Registration fees

  A single conference registration allows for the presentation of up to two papers by the same individual. An additional fee of 100 € will be charged for each additional paper beyond the second.

All registration fees are inclusive of VAT

Registrations can be made via the Online Registration/Accommodation Form. 

The form enables you to register for the conference and request accommodation in a single, streamlined process. You have the flexibility to complete each part separately; for instance, you can register and book a hotel at the same time, or register now and return later to book your hotel or arrange a transfer.

Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Please include in your payment the name of the participant and the Reference ID, which will be sent to the participant by e-mail when the registration is completed.

All bank transfers must be made without any charges to the recipient.

- Until March 20th, 2025 - Full refund minus 25€ administrative fee.
- From March 21st until April 15th, 2025 - Full refund minus 25% of the Registration Fee.
- From April 16th until May15th - Full refund minus 50% of the Registration Fee.
- From May 16th 2025, onward - No refund of Registration fees

Other info

Students (incl. Ph.D. students) must present a copy of their valid student identity card issued by their university.

Accompanying persons are most welcome to the conference. Tickets for the social events are available to order in the registration form and will also be sold at the registration desk.
