Rules for participation

The competition is open to young acousticians under the age of 40 who will:

• Present an oral paper, of which they will be the first author.
• Submit a full paper for the UACE2025 proceedings.
• Declare willingness to participate to the competition upon submission of the full paper.
• The candidates for the award should not be students (undergraduate or graduate) or PhD candidates.

The competition is open to undergraduate or graduate students (including doctor candidates) under the age of 35 who will :

• Present an oral paper, of which they will be the first authors.
• Submit a full paper for the UACE2025 proceedings.
• Declare willingness to participate to the competition upon submission of the full paper.
• Present a valid student ID or similar certificate at the registration desk, upon their arrival.
